Nice to meet you, I’m Molli

Hi, I’m Molli, and welcome to my site! If you’ve been here before, you probably noticed it was time for a revamp of information, photos (working on getting those updated!), and experiences.

So, let me reintroduce myself. My name is Molli D Endres, and I graduated from Kansas State University in May of 2024 with my bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business. During my time at Kansas State, I was involved in Greek life for all four years as a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, while also working serving jobs and holding two internships during the summer.

Upon graduating, I knew I wanted to live in a bigger city, as that has always been a major goal and priority of mine growing up in small-town Kansas.

Just two short months post-grad, I decided there was no time like the present! I packed a U-Haul truck, and my sweet boyfriend drove that U-Haul for 11 hours until we arrived at my first city apartment.

I began the job search and finally got an opportunity I could not pass up as an Executive/Personal Assistant. I could tell right off the bat that this company was the perfect fit, and I feel very fortunate, as I am keenly aware that most people do not have the same experience.

I began my role as an EA in October 2024, and I’m still going strong! I go to work excited to see my coworkers and be in the office every day. I am learning more each day from every colleague I collaborate with and feel very fortunate to work for a company that prioritizes its employees.

As a newly graduated Executive Assistant, I have so much to learn! Working in the city has brought me new experiences and ideas I never could have imagined. As I’m finally gaining my footing, I want to prioritize my website and share my experiences as much as I can! From my experiences moving to the city, navigating city life, and my role as an EA, I hope my site can serve as motivation to chase those dreams, relate to a struggle, or just offer something to read that might be slightly more interesting than the 18 TikTok ads in a row I know you’re also getting on your ‘For You Page’ (what’s up with that?!).
